My life almost ended 20 years ago as I struggled with a mood disorder that I was told was incurable. The moment I heard those words, the Spirit of the Lord rose up in me and the scripture I had learned as a little girl rang in my ears, "What is impossible with man is possible with God." (Matthew 19:26). 

 

I left the psychologists office that day with a script for Prozac and Lithium but I never took them. Instead I began to study nutrition and the brain and seek the Lord for His wisdom. 

 

That decision has changed my life! I discovered root issues to mental health problems such as food sensitivities, digestive problems, blood sugar instability, and heavy metal toxicity.

 

Addressing and correcting these issues has transformed my life! 

 

Through my years of study to heal my body, God has been true to His word to give me wisdom as I asked and believed (James 1:5-6)

 

One of the greatest rewards that I get is helping clients improve their quality of life, increase their energy, get out of pain, and optimize their physical and mental health.
